Fairytale Fashion Show

This is for the Fairytale Fashion Show event for my group Blossom-Academy. Tomoka's dress is inspired by the rose from Beauty and the Beast. I would have had this done earlier in the month, but I had a huge design block when I started drawing the top. I knew what I wanted to do with the skirt and shoes, but the top was all kinds of no for awhile. Anyways, while finishing this up, I thought it'd be cute if I included her idol aura while I was at it. Her aura consists of sparkle chains linked together by roses.
