Tiny Ganguro Girl

I drew this little cutie a few days ago. Thought I'd color her since I ended up really liking her. There are so many stars on this. I wish I picked some other shapes now that I look at it. But her hair is sooooo much fun to draw. It's like poofy clouds. I wish I could have given her white lips so she could actually look like the ganguro she's supposed to be, but after trying countless times and not liking a single outcome, that wasn't happening.
