Fairy Kei: Party Collection

Since the gala event was this month, I thought it might be nice to just make both dresses appropriate for a party. The first dress is meant for a more prom like party while the second dress would be appropriate for a more mature type of party (maybe like a Christmas party or Thanksgiving... The point is that it's not over the top and a little more versatile).
